Go back in time in a historic beach cottage on beautiful Anna-Maria Island. Relax in the porch swing and enjoy the gulf breezes. The house is surrounded by royal palms, sea grapes, mango and orange trees. Take a short ½ block walk to the best beach on Anna-Maria Island and lounge under Australian pine trees, looking down on the sparkling blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico, or sunbath on the wide sunny part of the beach.
Unser Strandhaus ist nur 500 Meter vom schoensten Strand der Insel entfernt, an dem Sie unter australischen Nadelbäumen Schatten finden oder im weichen Sand Sonnenbaden können. Im Garten stehen Palmen, Mango- und Orangenbäume. Guten Appetit!
The HouseThis 4 bedroom, 2 baths nicely kept house features wooden floors, high ceilings with fans and is air-conditioned.
Upstairs is ideal for children: 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Downstairs you’ll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and also a full bath.
Das Haus hat vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, wunderschöne Holzfussböden und ist natürlich klimatisiert. Es darf auch draussen auf der Front Porch übernachtet werden, die mit Fliegengitter vor Moskitos geschützt ist.

It is fully equipped with linens, towels, pots and pans. The kitchen has stoves, a microwave, a dishwasher and a modern side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water in the door. The laundry room includes a full-sized washer and dryer.
Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Töpfen, Pfannen, Microwelle, Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschiene und Trockner und natültich vielen Spielen. Kabelfernsehen und ein Telefon stehen selbstverständlich auch zur Verfügung.

Anna-Maria Island is known for its laid back lifestyle and doesn’t have high rise condos or large hotels that block the beach views. Flora and fauna thrive in abundance on the island. Many tropical flowers all over the island are a delight to the senses and make a walk or a bike ride on quiet streets a sensual experience!
The Magnolia House is located on the north tip of the Island, in Anna-Maria. Once you parked your car you will never have to drive again during your visit! A free trolley rides all over the island from Bradenton Beach to the tip of Anna-Maria. You can catch it every 20 minutes form 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.!
The Magnolia House is only a short walk to top-rated restaurants, antique stores, beach boutiques, coffee, ice cream and sandwich shops! The historic fishing pier on the bay side of the island with its restaurants and shops is only 5 blocks away.
For children, the community center with its playground, baseball field, basketball and tennis courts is only 5 minutes to walk. Other activities like card games and dances are also offered.
Magnolia House is available for: 1 week or monthly rentals: September – May 1 week only during summer: June - August

Welcome to Trail House in Damascus, Virginia
This beautiful vacation rental has two buildings. The main house has three bedrooms, one bath, nicely refinished wooden floors, a big kitchen, comfy living room, a fire place and laundry facilities. The second building features two bedroom, one bath. This house is mostly used by an "innkeeper" to help guests and prepare breakfast if desired.
The house is located directly ON the Appalachian Trail and a short distance to many other trails in the area. In the backyard you will see lots of birds, squirrels and if you are lucky a deer or two.
This small town comes alive on Appalachian Trail Days that occur every year in May, on the weekend after Mother's Day.
The Town of Damascus Damascus is a small town in the Blue Ridge Mountains, and is the gateway to the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area.
Day Trips Damascus is traversed by the Appalachian Trail, the Virginia Creeper Trail, the Trans-America National Bicycle Trail, the Iron Mountain Trail, the Daniel Boone Trail, the Crooked Road Musical Heritage Trail, Virginia's Birding and Wildlife Trail, and lies within a short distance of hundreds of miles of other hiking, horse, and biking trails.
